1. If you are taking part in an activity听organised by external event organisers:听By fundraising听for听蜜桃视频鈥檚,听you also agree to听comply with听the event organiser鈥檚 own terms,听conditions听and deadlines. Failure to complete the听event听organiser鈥檚 registration in time can lead to听the听loss of your place and your 蜜桃视频鈥檚 registration fee听remains听nonrefundable.听听
2. If you receive a听蜜桃视频鈥檚 charity place, you pledge to raise at least the minimum sponsorship for that event (excluding Gift Aid and registration fees). If you have your听own place, there is no minimum听pledge,听but you agree to raise what you can.听听
3. Entry to the Event is subject to the payment of the notified fee (and any applicable VAT) payable to听蜜桃视频鈥檚听prior to participation in the听event.听
4. Any 蜜桃视频鈥檚 registration fee (where applicable) is听nonrefundable听and听nontransferable听and does not count towards your fundraising target.听听
5. You must meet the听event听organiser鈥檚 minimum age听(where applicable)听and confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are fit to听participate; you take part at your own risk.听听
6. If you have a medical condition or are unsure of your physical ability to take part in the event, you must seek medical advice from a general practitioner prior to听participating听in the event.听
7. 蜜桃视频鈥檚听may prevent any Participant from taking part in the Event (either at the start of or during the Event) if听蜜桃视频鈥檚, the external event provider听or any medical representative considers that a Participant should not听participate听in the Event for health and/or medical reasons.鈥�听

1. As an independent supporter, you are fundraising听in aid of听蜜桃视频鈥檚 (you do not听represent听the charity). You must not do anything that could bring the charity into disrepute.听
2. You agree to fundraise legally and safely, following relevant guidance (e.g., local licences for collections/raffles, H&S risk assessments, and the Fundraising Regulator鈥檚 Code of Fundraising Practice).
3. You听are responsible for听obtaining any licences required (street collections, raffles/lotteries, alcohol/entertainment) and for ensuring suitable insurance where needed. 蜜桃视频鈥檚 insurance does听not听cover your independent event.听听
4. Before using our name or logo or producing your own branded materials,听a written request must be听submitted听a minimum of 5 working days听of required usage. 蜜桃视频鈥檚 will require a minimum of 5 working days to respond.听Please contact听events@mungos.org听听
5. For any independent fundraising events that you carry out to raise funds (for example a cake sale or pub quiz), you acknowledge that you are carrying such events out in your own capacity.听It’s听your responsibility to organise all aspects of such event and make it clear that such event is run by you ‘in aid of’听蜜桃视频鈥檚听and is not run by听蜜桃视频鈥檚. You also agree to make it clear that such event is not ‘on behalf of听蜜桃视频鈥檚’ and that听蜜桃视频鈥檚听will not accept any responsibility or liability for such event.听听
6. You commit to return any unused听蜜桃视频鈥檚听fundraising materials, including sponsorship forms, to听蜜桃视频鈥檚听on completion of your fundraising activities.鈥�鈥�听
7. If you collect personal data (e.g., sponsors鈥� details), you must handle it in line with data protection law and only for lawful,听stated听purposes.听听
8. Gift Aid is a valuable bonus for the charity but听does not count听toward听minimum听fundraising targets or milestone checks.听听
9. By accepting a 蜜桃视频鈥檚 charity place, you agree to raise at least the event鈥檚 minimum sponsorship (excluding registration fee and Gift Aid). Charity place participants may have their place withdrawn for failure to engage with registration or fundraising obligations.听听
10. You acknowledge that failure to respond to communications from听蜜桃视频鈥檚听Community & Events team about completing your registration or fundraising may put your event place at risk.听
11. 蜜桃视频鈥檚 uses reasonable fundraising checkpoints to ensure places are actively stewarded. 蜜桃视频鈥檚 sets the following default milestones (unless your welcome email states otherwise).
12. Failure to meet any of the听Fundraising standards & conduct听standards听may result听losing your event place or opportunity to听fundraise for 蜜桃视频鈥檚.

Targets (gift aid excluded)听

Failure to meet milestones.听If you are behind schedule to achieve your planned fundraising听pledge for your specific event,听please听contact 蜜桃视频鈥檚听immediately听so we can agree a plan. We reserve the right to withdraw a charity place where there is no reasonable prospect of meeting听fundraising听obligations.听听

1. Deferrals may be possible at our discretion and/or the organiser鈥檚听policy, but听cannot be guaranteed.听As standard we will refuse deferrals听requested听within听two months of the race date.听Registration fees are not refundable听for any deferrals.听听
2. All deferral requests must be communicated in writing by emailing鈥�events@mungos.org鈥痑nd it will be at the discretion of听蜜桃视频鈥檚听if you are successful as per our deferral policy.听
3. All successful deferral applicants will not be refunded their听Fee,听however their fundraising can be transferred to their new event date. All deferral applicants will need to repay their Fee for their new event date. Please be aware the cost of the Fee may听increase,听and you are obliged to pay the updated Fee cost.听
4. You will be able to carry over 100% of your fundraising into your deferred years target听
5. If you do not听participate听or contact us听regarding听a deferral, sponsorship already raised will be treated as donations to 蜜桃视频鈥檚 unless your donors request refunds听by emailing听events@mungos.org.听(Anonymous donations cannot be returned.)听听
6. If an organiser cancels or alters the event, we will support you to consider transfer/deferral options where available, but 蜜桃视频鈥檚 is not responsible for external event delivery.听听
7. If you have not听completed the external event organiser鈥檚 registration (console)听two weeks prior to the听registration听deadline date, 蜜桃视频鈥檚 reserve the right to听remove your charity place.听听

Event photography may take place during this event. 蜜桃视频鈥檚 may wish to use photographs or video footage of adult participants for future promotional and marketing materials.听This includes on 蜜桃视频鈥檚 and听third party听websites, online and print media publications and other marketing materials.听If you do not wish to be included in event photography, please speak to a member of the Events team on the day听or email听events@mungos.org.听听

1. In law, you act as a trustee of the funds you raise. All donations must be passed to 蜜桃视频鈥檚 promptly; if any听portion听covers event costs, you must make this clear to donors in advance.听听
2. Unless specified differently for your event, please send all funds to 蜜桃视频鈥檚听within 4鈥�6 weeks听after event day (online fundraising platforms are encouraged).听听
3. Follow sensible听cash听handling听practices; use locked tins/buckets, bank funds promptly, and put personal safety first.听听

1. You are responsible for training appropriately and for your own health and safety while training and on event day. Follow all official instructions. 
2. Where you organise additional activities (e.g., music socials / mass participation events), ensure a basic risk assessment and appropriate first aid measures.  

1. You acknowledge participation involves risk and agree that 蜜桃视频鈥檚 is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where the law does not听permit听such exclusion (e.g., negligence). External organisers听are responsible for听the delivery and safety of their events.听听
2. 蜜桃视频鈥檚 insurance does not cover independently organised supporter activities; consider听appropriate cover听if your activities require it.

1. 蜜桃视频鈥檚 will contact you with essential event and fundraising information and, where necessary, sharing your name and email with the event organiser to complete your entry; data will be processed per our privacy policy.
2. 蜜桃视频鈥檚听will use the information provided by Participants to manage the Event and the Participant鈥檚 involvement in it.听蜜桃视频鈥檚听will keep the Participant up to date with听蜜桃视频鈥檚听activities or provide any other information听in accordance with听their stated preferences.听
3. We will take all steps听reasonably necessary听to ensure that Your data is treated securely and听in accordance with听our鈥�privacy notice.听

By ticking 鈥淚 agree鈥� in a sign-up form for event fundraising, you confirm:听

• I鈥檓听fundraising听in aid of听蜜桃视频鈥檚 and will act legally,听safely听and respectfully.听听

• I understand I take part听at my own risk听and that 蜜桃视频鈥檚 is not liable for听third-party听event delivery.听听

• If I hold a听charity place,听I鈥檒l听meet the听minimum sponsorship听and the听25% / 50% / 100%听milestones or will contact 蜜桃视频鈥檚 early if听I am unable to meet them as outlined.听听听

• I consent to 蜜桃视频鈥檚 sharing my contact details with the event organiser solely to administer my entry.听听
