ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµ the role

It’s fantastic that you’d like to find out more about volunteering at ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµâ€™s. Are you a keen gardener? We are looking for volunteers to facilitate regular gardening sessions for our clients, guided by ÃÛÌÒÊÓÆµâ€™s values. You will also help bring to life our outdoor spaces at the service you’ll be at, creating calming and green environments for our clients and staff. We’re seeking someone with an interest in gardening, who is open to helping clients learn at their own pace, and take pride in their achievements. You may also support in planning gardening sessions to meet the needs of the participants and take a creative approach to how these are facilitated.

Please see all locations and the time commitments we are currently recruiting for in this role:

  • Brent- Monday-Friday, between 8am-4pm, 4 hours a week (1-2 month commitment needed)
  • Camden-Monday-Friday, between 10am-5pm, the service can be flexible with the hours you do. *For the Camden service, this is a female only service, so we are only accepting applications from females. We are also particularly looking for someone with an understanding of mental health and working with vulnerable adults. 
  • Haringey- Monday-Friday from 10-5pm, we are flexible with days and hours.
